Mmm Mmm Good Hummus

6 T. plain fat free yogurt
4 T. Water
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. tahini (sesame-seed paste)
2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground paprika
1 tsp. salt
6 garlic cloves, peeled
2 (15.5 oz) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained

combine ingredients  in a food processor; process until smooth.
serve in bowel garnished with a sprinkle of paprika and a piece of parsley, and with toasted flat bread for dipping.
